Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operation of an office. Provide project coordination support, including organizing and maintaining project files, tracking deadlines, and assisting with project documentation. Assist with customer support activities, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Ability to function effectively on a team, including strong communication skills. Excellent communication and listening skills. Good customer service skills. Good organizational and prioritization skills. Able to determine and recommend solutions to problem areas. Must recognize, retain, and preserve confidential information. Knowledge and experience working with general office equipment . Must have knowledge of common office software products to manage schedules and paperwork. Minimum qualification of OND in relevant field.
